Youth sports focus on practices and games, not the foundational athletic skills kids need to excel at any sport. The Academy fills that gap by developing complete athletes from the ground up with three core building blocks — Body, Mind, and Character.

Each season, we offer 10-week programs to three different grade groups: K-1, 2-3, and 4-5. Groups meet 1x week and are limited to 16 athletes.
